CURRENTLY AVAILABLE / SERVICE 03

Functional parts.
Fast design cycles.

Polymer additive manufacturing for fit checks, prototypes, custom tooling, replacement parts and carefully scoped low-volume applications.

PRINTING APPROACH

Choose the process
for the application.

Material, geometry, orientation, fit requirements, finish and expected environment determine process selection.

01 / FDM

Fused-filament fabrication

Rapid functional prototypes, housings, brackets, tooling and geometry checks using thermoplastic filament.

02 / RESIN

Resin-based printing

Fine-detail geometry and surface-sensitive models where resin characteristics are suitable for the application.

03 / TOOLING

Workholding & assembly aids

Custom nesting, templates, organizational fixtures and assembly/inspection aids.

04 / LOW VOLUME

Small-batch production

One-offs and repeat runs with documented dimensional/visual criteria as mutually agreed.

05 / DESIGN

Print-ready design updates

Modify CAD for printability, support strategy, part orientation and assembly fit.

06 / REVIEW

Material & environment review

Evaluate heat, load, chemical exposure, fit and other functional constraints before selecting a process.

MATERIAL DISCUSSION

Match the material
to the conditions.

Candidates may include PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, nylon and select reinforced polymers or resin systems, depending on equipment and current availability. Any material is subject to suitability and quotation review.

Mechanical loadsStatic, cyclic, impact and creep considerations
Operating temperatureContinuous and peak exposure
EnvironmentUV, moisture, chemicals and service location
Fit & finishInterfaces, mating components, texture and surface finish expectations
QuantityOne-off development vs repeat production batches

BEFORE QUOTING

Tell us how the part will be used.

STEP/3MF/STL files, 2D prints or a reference item are a good start. Include your preferred material, target quantity, service environment and any features that must be inspected.

Printed parts are not automatically equivalent to injection-molded or machined parts. Specific strength, heat resistance, accuracy, surface finish and material certifications are not guaranteed without review and documented agreement.
